I started my UX journey at NAB, moving from a focus on UI and web design into a more research and experience-led space. I worked across several brands in the NAB family, learning fast and building the foundations of my UX practice.
I led the design for NAB’s investment service, creating a clearer and more intuitive experience for customers managing their assets.
I led the process from concept development and wireframing through to prototyping and final UI design.
