I spent two years at EnergyAustralia, contributing to a range of digital experiences, from ongoing optimisation to larger-scale projects. I translated user research insights into user flows, wireframes and polished UI, working with teams to deliver intuitive, customer-focused solutions.
Freedom Plan was a pilot run throughout Victoria which provided customers with a capped usage per month energy plan with a flat rate.
I led the process from concept development and wireframing through to prototyping, user testing and final UI design.
