I spent about two years at EnergyAustralia, working on everything from everyday design tweaks to bigger digital projects. Most of my work focused on converting findings from user research to prototypes, wireframes, and finished UI – making things clearer, smoother, and a little easier for customers to use.
Freedom plan
Freedom Plan was a pilot run throughout Victoria which provided customers with a capped usage per month energy plan with a flat rate.
Tasks performed:
Concept creation, wireframing, prototyping, user testing and final UI.
Tenant solar
EnergyAustralia, in partnership with real estate agents, piloted a program to encourage uptake of solar in rental properties. The solar PV systems were installed at rental properties free of charge, and after eight years, ownership will be transferred to owners at no cost.
